Lightwave Security plans for growth

With web-based collaborative workflow technology that helps online retailers manage payment security systems, Lightwave Security is building out its network of sales agents to expand in the North American market, the company says.

Atlanta-based Lightwave, whose products include the SecureAware collaborative workflow application available in a software-as-a-service environment, has signed on with software consultants and professional services firm Critical Path Solutions LLC, Cumming, GA, to reach out as a sales agent to retailers and payment services companies.

Critical Path, also known as CPS Retail, specializes in consulting and professional services related to delivering retail technology and electronic payment systems to retailers and retail industry technology providers. Its clients include Publix Super Markets Inc.

Critical Path will particularly target multichannel and web-only retailers that must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard for protecting consumer payment card account information.
